Online Yoga Classes

During the present lockdown in the UK, I am teaching every day via Zoom so you can enjoy the best online Yoga classes from the comfort and safety of your own home.  

Enjoy my unique teaching style with beautiful themes, simple and dynamic movements, detailed alignment cues, energising breath work, uplifting readings and always ending with a deeply nourishing relaxation. They are for the benefit of all regardless of age, level of ability, experience or spiritual background.

Class times are Mondays 10-11am, Tuesdays 8.30-9.30am, Wednesdays 12-1pm, Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm and Fridays 8.30-9.30am plus a NEW Family Yoga class on Saturday mornings from 10-11am.

My Yoga classes are also recorded and available on-demand so, if you can't make one, you can catch up later whenever you want to, wherever you are.

Best Private Online Yoga Classes

I also offer limited private online classes from the beautiful studio at my home in Lancashire.

Together we can design a bespoke Yoga practice for you. This may be a practice that addresses a particular physical issue such as lower back pain or joint problems, or that serves to develop certain elements of your practice such as strength building or core stability, or that helps you to establish a mindfulness or meditation practice.  The choice is entirely yours!

And within this space you will be able to practise at your own pace safe in the knowledge that you are in the hands of a very experienced and well-qualified Yoga teacher.

Mini Online Yoga Retreat Cleanse Nourish Relax 5-7 March, 2021

This brand new virtual retreat takes place over 3 days beginning on Friday evening with a beautifully nourishing restorative practice. Then on both Saturday and Sunday mornings you'll enjoy a carefully-designed breathing and asana practice to encourage cleansing and detoxing and learn the best health, beauty and anti-ageing tips from an Ayurvedic point of view. The mornings will close with a sweet relaxation. We'll then meet again in the evening for a restorative practice which will include some soothing, deeply nourishing Ayurvedic beauty treatments and a long, long Yoga Nidra. 

The cost of this package of self care will be £75 for all three days and will include the following:

• One box of cleansing tea • One bottle of massage oil • One bottle of rose water

There is also the option of paying for an individual day/s over the weekend. This will be £30 per day with an additional £10 for the above items.

Yoga and Ayurveda Workshops 2021

Every few months I also run a Saturday morning Yoga and/or Ayurveda workshop.

. These workshops offer you the opportunity to slow down, immerse yourself in self-care and learn how to improve your health and wellbeing.

Recent themes have included Yoga for Women, Yoga for Immunity, Energising Yoga and Yoga and Healthy Eating. 

Pre-Covid, these workshops took place at Lytham Hall, one of the most beautiful venues in Lancashire but, for the time being, I am running them online.

All Abilities Including Beginners Are Welcome

I welcome students of all levels and abilities to my Yoga classes and workshops. I have never found teaching mixed ability groups to be a problem and my experience has been that students will, with guidance and support, naturally find their own natural level.  I am always available to offer suitable alternatives and modifications.
